Terms and Conditions:

ENTRY
1. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions 
2. To be eligible to enter, the entrant must have a valid email address and register contact details on the Beachouse website.
3. One entry to the competition is granted for each unique email address.
4. This competition closes 31st March 2010 at 8.00pm with the draw taking place at this time at the Beachouse Colley Terrace Glenelg.

PRIZE - Kryptonite Fun Card
5. The Kryptonite fun card gives the winner 2 hours of unlimited slides, rides and arcade games, everyday for 12 months from the date the competition winner is announced. Only one 2-hour session per day is granted.
6. On each visit to the Beachouse, the Kryptonite fun card must be presented to the Beachouse staff to be activated for the 2 hours of unlimited slides, rides and arcade games.  
7. The winning person must present the Kryptonite fun card on each visit. The Kryptonite fun card is not transferable or able to be sold.  
8.The fun card is only valid during normal operating hours of the Beachouse. 
9. Up to a 3 minute delay applies between all rides, slides and games will prevent the kryptonite fun card from being shared between more than 1 person. The Kryptonite fun card is not valid on prize or ticket redemption games. 
10. The 2 hours do not accumulate from day to day.
11. The Kryptonite Fun card is valued at $3500.00


12. The winner provides consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including any photograph, film and/or recording of them) in any media at any time or times without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition, the Promoter and/or any of the Promoter's products
13.Any cost associated with accessing the Competition Website is the individual's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
14 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Any person selected to win a prize is only a provisional winner until the Promoter undertakes any necessary verification checks as determined by the Promoter. 
15. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
16. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash. 
18. The prize winner will be notified by phone and or email within 24 hours of the draw.
