GENERAL CONDITIONS   There is no entry fee. Every ride and game is accessed with a funcard. No Rides or games are accessible with cash, all access to attractions must be paid for using money placed onto a funcard. Funcards cost $2.00 and don’t expire.   No food or drinks to be brought onto the premises.   No animals (exception for guide dogs) are to be brought onto the premises.   Although all attractions are open every day, the operation of some rides and games may be affected due to extreme weather conditions and/or maintenance.   Bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, scooters etc are not permitted to be used inside the premises.   Opening times may vary due to weather conditions etc. Opening hours stated on the website are only a guide and are subject to change at any time.   Prices stated on website and brochures are subject to change at any time.   Any vandalism, offensive language, stealing, offensive behaviour, failure to follow safety instructions may result in refusal of entry to attractions and/or removal from premises.     FOR RULES OF EACH INDIVIDUAL RIDES SEE ‘RIDES AND GAMES’ PAGE     RESPONSIBILITY   Adults/carers/guardians are responsible for all persons under their supervision whilst on  the premises.   Patrons must obey all written and verbal rules, warnings and instructions given by The Beachouse staff and ride operators at all times.   The Beachouse accepts no responsibility for personal items. Lockers are available for a small fee.   Patrons under the influence of alcohol or drugs who are visibly ill are not permitted on any rides or devices.   All patrons enter rides at their own risk and acknowledge acceptance of such risk.   All patrons must refrain from behaviour that could cause harm or injury to yourself, others and the ride/device in use.   The Beachouse takes all reasonable steps to provide all patrons with safe and enjoyable amusements. However The Beachouse will not be liable for any person in respect of any loss of or damage to the personal property of, or the loss of life or personal injury to, any   person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person’s negligence (including the negligence of The Beachouse) or otherwise.     HEALTH AND HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS   Persons with known medical conditions such as heart conditions or recent surgery and pregnant women are advised not to use any rides or devices.   For your safety, height restrictions have been put into place and are displayed on out website and all through the venue. See ‘rides and games rules’ for all height restrictions.   We recommend that suitable footwear is worn at all times. The Beachouse reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime without notice.
